In accordance with the “University of Fukui Student International Contribution Certification System Guidelines,” the University of Fukui awards the “University of Fukui Student International Contribution Certificate” to students who are recognized as having contributed to international activities, with the aim of encouraging international activities among students.
Students who wish to receive the certificate should confirm the following information and submit the required documents.
【Certification Criteria】
(1) If the student has engaged in activities of special note related to international goodwill in his/her study abroad destination
(2) If the results of the study abroad program have resulted in excellent research achievements, such as papers, etc.
(3) If the student voluntarily takes care of multiple international students after returning to his/her home country, making the most of his/her study abroad experience
(4) If the student has made a significant contribution to international exchange at Waseda University through study abroad, tutoring, TA/RA, etc.
* Simply studying abroad, presenting at academic conferences as a result of studying abroad, tutoring international students, or working as a TA/RA in foreign language education will not be recognized.
