The Research Center for Development of Far-Infrared Region at University of Fukui (UF) and the Faculty of Science and Technology at Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka) in Sulawesi, Indonesia, have newly concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on November 12, 2024, to further strengthen academic exchanges. The Faculty of Engineering at UF and the Faculty of Science and Technology at USN Kolaka concluded ?an academic exchange agreement in 2023, and ?UF will continue to strongly promote international exchanges among its multiple departments.
The signing ceremony was held at the beginning of the 2nd International Conference USN Kolaka 2024 held at USN Kolaka on November 12, 2024.USN Kolaka’s president Nul Ihsan HL expressed his wish to further develop the exchange with UF and to build a better relationship. Dr. Ir. Sahrul Poalahi Salu, Head of the Department of Faculty of Science and Technology, USN Kolaka also commented that UF is a good partner and that he would like to promote academic exchanges and develop the research fields of both universities in the future. In order to further enhance the good relationship between the two universities, UF will continue to promote research and international exchanges between faculty members and students.
